Volunteer Support Needed:

Setup/Breakdown Team: 

Ensure the campus is ready to receive members and guests by joining our setup/breakdown team. You will have the opportunity to assist with the layout of outdoor tents, tables, chairs, equipment, and food prep area for the car show attendees.
Expected serving time:

• 8:30 am - 9:00 am (setup)
• 11:30 am - 12:30 pm (food station prep)
• 2:00 - 2:30 pm (breakdown)
  
  

Parking Lot Team: 

Interested in helping with our parking lot team? Be among the first team to greet, check in, and direct the attendees, food truck vendors and car show participants to their assigned locations upon arrival on the campus.
Expected serving time:

• 9:00 am - 11:00 am
• 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Registration/Check-In Team: 

Come be a part of our registration team and distribute event information to the families and community members as they enter the church grounds.  
Expected serving time:

• 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Interactive Games Team: 

Join our dynamic team that is a part of welcoming, engaging, and monitoring the children and youth as they play games and use inflatables. On this team you will ensure safety and help with monitoring the lines.
Expected serving time:

• 10:30 am - 12:15 pm
• 12:15 pm - 1:45 pm

Decision Time/Prayer teams: 

Partner in prayer with those in need. We want to be available to offer prayer to visitors and members. This team will also be available to minister to those who desire to establish fellowship with the Church Without Walls.
Expected serving time:

• 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
• 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Welcome Team: 

Greet and acknowledge guests who arrive on our campus. This team will also be available to minister to those who desire to visit or establish fellowship with the Church Without Walls.
Expected serving time:

• 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
• 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Evangelism Team: 

Would you like to participate in evangelism and invite others to Christ? Join the efforts to distribute push cards to guests and the community inviting them to come out and attend Cookout Chrome.
