Join us at the Annual Fall Festival and Community Health and Wellness Fair on October 18, 2025, from 3:00-6:00 pm at the Queenston Campus. We have many fun and engaging activities planned for the whole family, including trunk or treat, rides, concessions, face painting, a photo booth, a health and wellness fair, and more! This is a great opportunity to serve alongside our ministry volunteers and make a difference in our community.

Please sign up for the area below:

• Health and Wellness Volunteer Team: Assist vendors with finding and setting up their tables, responsible for replenishing vendor tables with necessary supplies. Help distribute lunch to vendors and assist during health demonstrations as needed.
• Evangelism: Share information about the Fall Festival and Community Health Fair with members of our congregation and the community, and invite them to attend.
• Concessions: This team serves snow cones, popcorn, and cotton candy to attendees. No experience is required, as we will demonstrate how to operate the machines.

Games: This team is great if you love working with children. You'll assist with monitoring the gaming areas, managing the lines as the children/youth enter and exit the various activities, and creating a fun and exciting environment.

Food: Assist our chef with prepping food, setting up the stations, and distributing food to guests and participants.

Registration: Assist members and guests with checking in to the community event, direct them to the various areas of the fair, and supply goodie bags.

Goody bag assembly team: Assemble goody bags for distribution at the community festival.
