The Purpose of the Hands of Hope Ministry

The Hands of Hope Ministry at The Church Without Walls seeks to enrich the lives of children in our community who are in foster care or living in economically disadvantaged households. We demonstrate the love of Christ by providing hope, encouragement, and compassion—creating opportunities for growth and covering each child in prayer, just as Jesus prayed for us. Through spiritually uplifting and community-based programs such as our annual Christmas Gifts for Children initiative and the Hands of Hope 360 Project, we share God’s love in both word and deed throughout the year.

Who We Are

The TCWW Hands of Hope Ministry is dedicated to showing children in foster care or economically disadvantaged communities in Houston that they are not forgotten—especially at Christmas. But our mission doesn’t stop there. We are a year-round ministry, reaching beyond our walls to bless children and families through our Hands of Hope 360 community projects. Wherever children and the community are involved, we strive to be difference-makers, sharing hope, love, and encouragement in the name of Christ.
