Pas' Birthday Celebration Volunteers
Hey TCWW family! We’re building something special for Pas’ Block Party: The Man Who Built the Block — 67 Years Strong, and we’re looking for volunteers to help us create a meaningful and memorable celebration experience for Pas and our church family. This year’s celebration will transform our campus into “The Block” — an immersive family reunion-style experience filled with music, food, fellowship, interactive decade experiences, storytelling, and activities for all generations as we celebrate Pastor’s life, legacy, and impact. Planning is already underway, and we would love your creativity, leadership, service, and support to help bring the vision to life. Join one of our volunteer teams and help us create an unforgettable outdoor celebration on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 6:30pm-8:30pm, at the Queenston Campus. Volunteers should arrive at 5:00pm.
Décor – The Block Designers:
Help transform the campus into “Pas’ Block!” This team will assist with creating immersive outdoor spaces, themed decade displays, tent styling, signage, lighting, and decorative elements that bring the vision to life. If you enjoy creativity, design, and creating memorable environments, this team is for you.
Media Team - The Story Builders
Help tell the story of Pastor’s life and legacy through visuals, photography, video, stage screens, social media content, and interactive displays. This team will assist with capturing moments and creating meaningful storytelling experiences throughout the event.
Food Service – The Fellowship Crew:
Help create a warm and welcoming fellowship experience through food and hospitality. This team will assist with vendor coordination, serving areas, food flow, setup, and ensuring guests are well cared for throughout the celebration.
Games & Activities – The Community Crew:
Bring energy and engagement to “The Block!” This team will coordinate family-friendly games, children’s activities, interactive stations, and outdoor experiences that help create joy, fellowship, and connection for guests of all ages.
Hospitality Team – The Welcome Crew:
Help create a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest. This team will greet attendees, assist families and visitors, support VIP areas, and help ensure everyone feels welcomed and cared for throughout the event.
Logistics & Setup Team – The Foundation Crew:
Help build the experience behind the scenes! This team will assist with tent setup, tables, chairs, signage, staging, equipment coordination, breakdown, and overall event flow to ensure the celebration runs smoothly from start to finish.
Registration & Check-In Team – The Front Porch Team:
Be one of the first smiles guests see when they arrive! This team will assist with guest check-in, registration support, directional assistance, and helping create a smooth and organized arrival experience for everyone attending the celebration.
