Our purpose is to prepare our children for a personal encounter with God that will lead to a lifelong relationship with Him and fellowship with other believers by teaching them how to study the Bible.
The Children’s Ministry is dedicated to creating a lasting and positive impact in the lives of young ones, drawing inspiration from the example set by Jesus Christ. Our commitment is to instill in them a deep sense of reverence for God by imparting knowledge of His divine laws. Our ultimate aspiration is to prepare children for a personal and profound connection with God, one that will sustain throughout their lives and foster a sense of community with fellow believers, all while equipping them with the essential skill of Bible study. Our mission finds its roots in the wisdom of Proverbs 22:6, 'Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.'
Every Sunday during our regular church services and every Tuesday evening at Bible Study, the Children's Ministry at the Church Without Walls offers grade-specific classes that enable children to connect with peers of their own age, creating a conducive learning environment. Here, boys and girls discover the timeless truths of God and learn how to apply them to their everyday lives. Our primary aim in the Children's Ministry is to inspire children to make wise choices and take actions with God at the forefront of their minds.
Our caring mentors and teachers employ creative methods to help children grasp and incorporate sound Biblical teachings into every facet of their lives—whether at home, in church, at school, or during playtime. At the Children's Ministry of the Church Without Walls, we provide students with the opportunity to elevate their faith to the 'next level,' bridging the gap between culture, faith, and the journey of growing up.
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
Lil’ Leapers (Early Childhood Ministry) is designed for our little ones, ranging from infants as young as six months to preschoolers and kindergarteners up to five years old. This ministry warmly welcomes both church members and visitors every Sunday morning during all services and Tuesday evenings during Bible Study, across all three of our campuses. We've chosen the engaging curriculum Play-N-Worship by Group Publishing, Inc. for Lil’ Leapers. This interactive curriculum enables our children to embark on a hands-on journey of discovering the profound meaning of God's word. Through physical activities, melodious songs, captivating visual lessons, immersive storytelling, and creative arts and crafts, our young ones absorb the teachings in a fun and interactive manner. Expect your children in this ministry to encounter captivating and stimulating lessons that will ignite their enthusiasm, ensuring they eagerly return week after week for more exciting experiences.
At KWOW Children’s Ministry, we go beyond mere babysitting; we are dedicated to nurturing and cultivating a strong spiritual foundation in our children through engaging and exciting learning methods that foster their growth in God's Word. You can find our ministry locations at the Children's Life Center on the Queenston campus, upstairs in the Jump Zone on the Eldridge campus, and in the dedicated children’s wing on the Bingle campus. In addition to providing a deep understanding of God's Word, we also introduce our children to various forms of worship, making their spiritual journey a rich and fulfilling experience. We're thrilled about the opportunities our ministry offers, and we wholeheartedly invite your child, up to the fifth grade, to be a part of the KWOW family.
