Walk and Worship Challenge

2025 Walk and Worship Challenge

January 2nd - January 31st

Every year, people around the world set New Year’s resolutions to achieve their goals, improve their health, and enhance their lives. If you’re planning to do the same in 2025, consider a resolution that transforms not just your physical well-being but also your relationships with others and, most importantly, your relationship with Jesus Christ.

Join the TCWW Walk and Worship Challenge—a 30-day journey of connection, encouragement, and growth alongside friends, family, and the community. Walk at least 30 minutes daily while listening to inspiring messages that uplift your spirit and guide your path.

The challenge kicks off on January 2 and runs through January 31. Let’s walk, worship, and grow together in 2025! Sign up today.

Participation Instructions

  1. Register to participate.

  2. Walk for at least 30 minutes or more every day for 30 days without missing a day.

  3. Participants must post every day or be disqualified from the challenge. Participants who are disqualified should continue walking and worshipping. Keep moving!

  4. Get added to Walk & Worship GroupMe.

  5. Those who post/enter their results every day for 30 days will be acknowledged in the group and qualify to order a finisher shirt.

  6. Post daily results.

  7. Record the time and distance.

  8. Comment daily on takeaways from sermons, prayers, and or praise reports.

  9. You have until midnight (11:59:59.99 Local Time) to post for the day you completed the walk.

  10. Treadmills are permitted and equated at a 1-to-1 ratio. Treat every mile on the treadmill as one mile on the ground.

  11. Pedometers must use miles or kilometers. No steps.
