The Beauty of Singing To the Lord

“But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.” Psalm 59:16

Devotional: Unfortunately, many of us, like myself, do not have the gift of singing, but that’s alright. When we open our mouths and our hearts to worship God, something happens on the inside that expresses our love and adoration for Him! When we reflect on God’s goodness to us and truly give Him praise, it releases His strength, which gives us peace and assurance of His presence within us; what a blessing!

Prayer: God of Hope, God of Grace, we thank you for this day. We thank you that you are our refuge and our strength. We give you glory, honor, and praise for your great love toward us, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
