Devotional: One of the great things about team sports is how it brings people from all walks of life together for a common cause or goal and that is to win the championship. As disciples of Christ, we are members of the community of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and we are created to excel in loving Him, others, and ourselves because our God abides in us!

Prayer: O Lord God of our salvation, thank you so much for loving us and sealing us with the gift of your Holy Spirit! Now sanctify our hearts and minds to realize our worth in you and through you, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen and Amen!
