Sing for Joy

May 19-25

“The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves.  He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you but will rejoice over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17

Devotional: One of my favorite hymns of the church is “What A Friend We have In Jesus.”  It gives me comfort to know that I am not alone because not only is He with me but as the scripture says, He loves me and guess what, He is excited to walk with me, each and every day of my life!

Prayer: Father, I stretch my hands to thee; thank you for grabbing hold of me and giving me a peace that I cannot comprehend.   I love you and more importantly than that, I thank you, immensely, for loving me and sending me Jesus Christ, who died for me; thank you and we praise your Holy name, Amen and Amen!
