"We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us." Romans 12:6
Devotional: During the few days I was traveling along the highway, I saw one of God’s greatest creations. As I was driving after a morning full of rain and thunderstorms, all of a sudden, a beautiful, full-colored rainbow appeared! Wow, what a stunning sight; the diversity of the colors was breathtaking, regardless of how many times I have witnessed it over many years. In our Christian Walk, likewise, the diversity of gifts that God gives to the body of Christ can be a beautiful sight to behold, because ultimately, we edify God’s people and, more importantly, we glorify God Himself.
Prayer: Father, we thank you for the spiritual gifts that you have placed within us! Now, Lord, enable us to use them, though they are different, for your glory and your goodness as we seek to bless your people. We love you and we thank you for loving us and entrusting us with these gifts, in the name of Jesus, Amen!
