Traveling Down The Roads of Blessings
May 18-24
"Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the Lord. Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart—they do no wrong but follow his ways." Psalm 119:1-3
Devotional: Our lives mirror the ups and downs of driving on the freeways and highways in a large metropolitan city. In order for us to make it to our destination in a safe and timely manner, we need to pay close attention to the signs in front of us, watch our speed, as well as stay in the right lane. For us as believers in Christ, God has blessed us with access to travel safely down this journey called life and if we stay focus on Him and remember the comfort of His Word, we can experience His presence and His peace!
Prayer: Oh God, Our God, we give you all glory for the blessed privilege to have you as our Father! We thank you for the opportunity afforded to us as your children in giving us the keys of new life that we have in Jesus Christ. Now Lord, be our GPS system as we travel along life's narrow way and remind us to allow you to lead us and guide us to the destination that you have for us, in Christ Jesus I pray, Amen!
