Day 5: An Excellent Spirit

"Now Daniel so distinguished himself among the administrators and the satraps by his exceptional qualities that the king planned to set him over the whole kingdom." (Daniel 6:3)

Reflection: Daniel stood out because an excellent spirit was in him. His excellence came from his faithfulness to God.

Prayer: Lord, give us the kind of spirit Daniel had. Make us faithful, honest, and diligent so that others see You in how we live and serve. Amen.

Gratitude Post: Thank God for someone whose faithfulness you admire.
