Who We Are

YMCA International Services is a unique center of the YMCA of Greater Houston that delivers client-centered programs to refugees, immigrants, and other vulnerable populations to advance their economic independence, social integration, and civic participation. The Y helps newcomers restore hope, build stability, create opportunity and change futures. YMCA International Services is continuously recognized as a leader in the Houston immigrant community.

What We Do

YMCA International Services is part of the greater Houston YMCA network. We provide support to Houston’s large refugee and immigrant population. Our programs are designed to help them become self-sufficient and engaged in our community. The type of programs we provide includes English as a second language, employment services, financial assistance, housing, legal services and support to victims of human trafficking.

Help us to pass out food for those in need.

Required to do a background check and read over a PowerPoint on child abuse prevention with a questionnaire at the end.

Shifts: 9am-12pm
