Join the Decision Time Ministry – God has Somebody Somewhere Waiting for You!

Are you passionate about guiding others in their spiritual journey? The Decision Time Ministry is looking for dedicated volunteers to help provide insight and encouragement to those uniting with The Church Without Walls. This ministry plays a crucial role in supporting individuals as they make life-changing decisions regarding church membership, salvation, baptism, ministry participation.

As a member of the Decision Time Ministry, you will stand in the aisles during the invitation or serve online to support individuals when they make a decision for Christ during worship services, general Bible study, and outreach events.

Training is Mandatory to ensure that each volunteer is equipped to guide and support new members effectively.

Decision Time Ministry Champion Teams – Use your Spiritual Gifts within the Ministry

Our Ministry Teams are dedicated to developing volunteers who embody the mission and vision of Pastor Ralph Douglas West and The Church Without Walls by using their God-given gifts in the following key focus areas:

• Evangelism – Inviting others to belong and sharing faith through relationships.
• Fellowship – Building relationships and creating fellowship opportunities.
• Discipleship – Committing to the study of God’s Word.
• Service – Practicing servant leadership.
• Missions – Reaching beyond walls and into the world.

 

Upcoming Training Workshops

To serve effectively, all volunteers must attend mandatory training sessions. Below is the Decision Time Ministry Training Workshop Calendar for 2025:

• Saturday, March 22, 2025 – Training Workshop, In-Person (Eldridge), 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (lunch provided)
• Saturday, July 12, 2025 – Training Workshop, Virtual, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Saturday, September 13, 2025 – Training Workshop, Virtual, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Saturday, November 8, 2025 – Last Training Workshop of the Year, In-Person (Queenston), 99:00 AM - 1:00 PM (lunch provided)

All Training Workshops are conducted in-person, except for the virtual workshops in July and September.
